General conditions
Reservations, payments and deposit:
To make the reservation of Complete House (Groups) this form must be completed with the client's data and an advance or sign of 25% of the total amount will be requested.
No reservation will be considered firm until the receipt of the advance payment. In case of not receiving the amount fixed within a period of 24 hours, it will be considered voided.
The payment of the advance payment and sending of the form entails the acceptance of general conditions of the house.
The advance payment becomes a deposit upon arrival of the group, so that the total payment of the house will be made at the entrance or exit of the group (as agreed with the property) for the total amount of the reservation.
The client has the obligation to inform the property of any damage caused before leaving the house. In case of not having declared any damage, the property may claim hidden damages detected in the following 72hrs to the abandonment of the house by the group.
The deposit will be returned 24 hours after the end of the stay, once the good condition of the house has been checked. The refund of the deposit does not exempt the client from his responsibility for possible hidden damages not declared.

Schedule:
The entrance to the accommodation will start at 5:00 pm on the day of arrival.
The departure of rooms and apartments must be done before 12hrs on the day of departure. In any case, if the entry or exit exceeds the marked schedule will apply a supplement of € 50.
We do not have reception hours, so it is important to inform about the expected arrival time in order to attend our customers. Also, to avoid unnecessary waiting, we recommend calling when you are about 1 hour before arrival.
Mailbox of keys: There is the possibility of making the check-in and delivery of keys by means of our key-box. Will be informed if necessary.
The departure of rooms and apartments must be done before 12hrs on the day of departure. In any case, if the entry or exit exceeds the marked schedule will apply a supplement of € 50.

In case of cancellation before 30 days of arrival date, no charges.
Cancellation between 30 and 1 days before arrival, 25% of the total reservation.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or if the client doesn't appear, it will be charged the full amount of the first night.
On certain dates such as holidays, holiday-bridges, high season and special events, different cancellation conditions may apply. In these cases the client will be informed at the time of making the reservation.

The price includes:
Bed and bath linen (For stays longer than 6 nights, new sets of sheets and towels will be delivered)
Electricity, water, heating and firewood for the chimneys.
WIFI
Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, nespresso, blender, toaster, juicer, pot, iron, pans and casseroles suitable for large groups, refrigerator, microwave, hob, oven and utensils (crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchen utensils, etc. ...) Furniture suitable for large groups.
Projector with giant screen (need to bring a laptop with VGA connection for use).
3 high chairs for kids.
Outdoor garden, gas barbecue, large paella pan (20-25 diners) with propane burner. Cleaning stuff.
Cleaning before your entrance. During the stay, the cleaning is the responsibility of the client and in the event that the house is returned in poor conditions of cleanliness or order, both indoors and outdoors, the cleaning expenses will be deducted from the deposit delivered.

Pets:
Pets are welcome inside the cottage and they can stay inside the rooms. However, you must inform in advance, for the adequacy of the hause.
The stay of pets will have a supplement per pet and day of € 5.
A special pet bed, feeding trough, water trough and towel will be provided.
The legal requirements in relation to documentation and vaccines of companion animals must be up-to-date. The client will assume responsibility for any damage that may cause the pet.
For reasons of hygiene, the use of the garden as a pet grooming area is not allowed.
In case you have not informed in advance of the stay of pets, we will apply an extra supplement of € 20 / night.
The stay of pets will have a supplement per pet and day of € 5.
